ロイヤルカリビアンクルーズのリピーター会員プログラムである

Crown & Anchor Societyにおいて変更がアナウンスされました。

対象者はダイヤモンドプラスメンバーで、

2022年12月16日以降に出発するクルーズでコンシェルジュラウンジへの

入室ができなくなります。

その為、コンシェルジュラウンジへの入室は、スイート客室及び

ナクルクラブのメンバーのみとなります。

対象の船は以下となります。

• Anthem of the Seas
• Ovation of the Seas
• Radiance of the Seas
• Brilliance of the Seas
• Serenade of the Seas
• Jewel of the Seas
• Explorer of the Seas
• Grandeur of the Seas

海外ではダイヤモンドメンバーも多くなり、それに伴い

ダイヤモンドプラスメンバーもかなり増えたため、入室制限措置なのでしょうね。

残念なお知らせでした。

ANAやJALのような国内航空会社のラウンジもかなり混んでいると聞きますので、

同じように空港ラウンジに入れなくなるような措置が行われるかもしれませんね。

ロイヤルカリビアンクルーズのスペクトラムオブザシーズにある、

シルバー・ゴールドダイニングの中を紹介。

シルバーダイニングはジュニアスイート客室以上、

ゴールドダイニングはＧＳスイート客室以上になると

利用可能な制限エリアとなっています。

ただシルバーラウンジ部分は、クラウンアンドアンカーのダイヤモンド以上だと

利用出来ます。

なぜか看板にはダイヤモンドプラスメンバー以上の記載がありましたが・・・。

 

 

 

ロイヤルカリビアンのサイトでクラウンアンドアンカーにログインする部分が
なくなりましたね。

その代わり、個人のIDとパスワードを設定してログインすると、ポイント数や過去の
クルーズについて確認することが出来るようになっています。

さて、ピナクルを目指している管理人はもう少しでダイヤモンドプラスが見えてきました。

そこでCrown&Anchorの特典を何か増えてないか確認してみました。

すると、ダイヤモンドプラスになってからの特典アメニティについて

詳細が書かれていました。

Emerald, Diamond, Diamond Plus and Pinnacle members can choose water, soda or juice.
• Bottle of Water
• Can of Coke or Diet Coke
• Can of Sprite or Diet Sprite
• Bottle of apple juice, orange juice, or grapefruit juice

ここまでは以前から知っていました。更に追加されていたのが以下の部分です。

ソフトドリンク以外にビールが選択できるようになりました。

Diamond Plus and Pinnacle members can choose from the water, soda or juice selections above or opt for beer.
• Bottle of Budweiser
• Bottle of Bud Light
• Bottle of Corona
• Bottle of Heineken

他にもダイヤモンドプラスとピナクルメンバー用に部屋ごとの選択できる

アメニティが紹介されています。ダイヤモンドプラスのポイントはピナクルまで

かなり幅があるため、175ポイントからの分は以下の項目から選択できます。

ELEGANT GIFTS、CHAMPAGNE、RED WINE、WHITE WINE、LOGO ITEMS

それぞれの項目には例えばエレガントギフトにはLight & Delightful Fruit Basket、

Chocolate Covered Strawberries、Cheese Tray、Fruit Truffles、

Fruit Basket and Cheese Trayがあり、それぞれの項目に複数の選択肢があります。

これが340ポイントを越えてくると、ロゴアイテムの場合、ビーチタオルが2つまたは

トートバッグ２つが貰えます。

しかも7日以上のクルーズでは2種類のアメニティを選択できます。

これが525ポイント以上になると、更にお酒等は高級になってくるようです。

しかも7日以上のクルーズでは、3種類のアメニティを選択できます。

クラウンアンドアンカーもいよいよ残りの２つです。

175泊した後にようやく、ダイアモンドプラスになります。

175泊だと、ロイヤルカリビアンの客船に半年近く乗ったことになりますね。

私もまずはここを目標にしていますが、結構大変です。

ダイヤモンドとの違いとしては、普段見ることが出来ないバックヤードツアーが無料であったり、

パーソナルギフトやアメニティがもらえたり、船によってはコンシェルジュラウンジへのアクセス、

シアター・アイスショー・アクアシアターの優先座席に座れます。

ラウンジや優先座席については、スイート客室に宿泊すれば同じ特典を享受できます。

こういった部分はホテルの上級会員と同じ考えですね。

340ポイント以上獲得すると、オフィサーとの食事を出来る機会があります。

さらにギフトやアメニティが更に追加されます。

525ポイント以上だと、ギフトやアメニティが更に更に追加されます。

この辺りは具体的には経験してないので分かりません。  とにかくいっぱい何かを貰えそうです（笑）

さあ、700泊するといよいよ最高峰、PINNACLE CLUBに到達です。

約2年ロイヤルカリビアンの客船を楽しむと貰えます。ここまで来るとなんか主になった感じですね。

ダイヤモンドプラスとの違いはPINNACLE CLUBの特別なラベルピンが貰えます。

そしてPINNACLE CLUB GOLDカードが貰えて、どのラウンジでも入れるようになります。

さらに700ポイント、1050ポイント獲得後、バルコニー客室で7泊のクルーズをお得なレートで

行けるようです。

いかがでしょうか。特典の列記もかなり増えましたね。

ダイアになって、大きく異なるのが、ウェルカムギフトと選択できるドリンクを

部屋に置いてくれています。それと、船によりますがダイアモンドラウンジがあれば

そこに入室する権利があります。具体的にはどんなものかというと、朝食や夕食前に

アルコールが無料で提供されたり、カナッペやサンドイッチ、フルーツなどもあります。

通常アルコールは有料なので、時間限定ですが無料で提供されているので、

多くの人がここに集まります。

それと140、210、280、350、以降70ポイント獲得毎に記念品をもらえます。

また船によってはダイヤモンドレベル以上のパーティがあったりします。

それと、セレブリティクルーズのEliteレベルのランクを得ることが出来ます。

ちょっと時間はかかりますが、ダイヤモンドまで到達してみてください。

クルーズ船社はそれぞれにリピータ客向けに特典を準備している会社が多いです。

このようなリピーター会員制度について、それぞれの会社について書いていこうと思います。

今回はロイヤルカリビアンクルーズのリピーター会員であるCrown & Anchorについて。

リピーター会員制度は、時折改定されて、複数のランクが増えてくることがあります。

それだけ何度も乗船されるお客様がいる証しですが、 いままでの所、改定される場合、

改悪されずにより上級の特典が付与される感じで更新されています。

ロイヤルカリビアンクルーズの場合、6種類のランクに分かれており、それは下から

GOLD、PLATINUM、EMERALD、DIAMOND、DIAMOND PLUS、PINNACLE CLUBと

なっています。

リピーターのランクはポイント獲得数によって上がっていくようになっており

具体的にはどうやって獲得するかというと、船で１泊すると１ポイントを

ゲットできます。

なので４泊５日のクルーズだと４ポイント獲得できます。

またスイート客室以上の場合は２倍のポイントが獲得できます。

それぞれのランクには以下のポイントで到達します。

GOLD・・・３ポイント

PLATINUM・・３０ポイント

EMERALD・・５５ポイント

DIAMOND・・８０ポイント

DIAMOND PLUS・・１７５ポイント

PINNACLE CLUB・・７００ポイント

ゴールドからプラチナへの間がかなり離れていて、まずはこのプラチナへの壁を

超える事がポイントになります。

まずは３泊４日以上のクルーズを終えた時点、GOLDになります。

上記の特典で、嬉しかったのはPLATINUM以上のTop Tier Event（パーティ）に参加出来ることや、

ラベルピンがもらえます。またセレブリティクルーズとアザマラクルーズのそれぞれのランクに

ステータスマッチされます。

因みにPLATINUMの場合、セレブリティクルーズの「Select」という

ランクのステータスをもらえます。
